During the evening you will learn all the techniques required to cover anything with Decopatch. Your new skills will impress all your friends! We will cover a wooden Tissue Holder with different Decopatch papers adding embellishments and effects if you wish.
Wednesday March 19th Needle Felting for Beginners 6.30 – 8.30pm €25
You will learn to use wool fibres and specialist tools to make beautiful pieces for your home. We will create a spring wreath using polystyrene as our base and using a felting mat we will also make a miniature picture that you will frame before heading home.
Wednesday March 26th 2014 Discover the Art of Watercolours 6.30 – 8.30pm €25
John Carpenter’s watercolour class is an instant best seller each season! During the evening you will learn the basics of watercolour painting and you will leave with a finished painting you will be very proud of.
Wednesday April 2nd 2014 Spring Themed Polystyrene Crafts 6.30 – 8.30pm €25
At this fun evening you will learn two techniques for decorating polystyrene shapes. We will begin with the “scrunch” technique before moving on to the ribbon method. Both finished pieces will have an Easter / Spring time theme and the techniques you learn can be used for any other occasion including creating Christmas decorations.
Wednesday April 9th 2014 An Introduction to Acrylics 6.30 – 8.30pm €25
Artist John Carpenter will guide you through an evening of painting. You will learn beginner acrylic techniques as well as many tips while you create a finished piece to take home.
